I recently read the book, and there was a phrase that impressed me very much.

“People are not a Resource, but a Source.”

People are the source of the company and the driving force that creates the culture, builds the business, and makes purpose a reality. And each person has their own unique wishes and dreams. We work to realize them.

As I wrote in a previous blog, excitement always comes from people. Therefore, we aim to create an environment where people can create value that only they can create by utilizing technology.

However, building efficient operations with technology does not essentially change anything. What is important is not to lump employees together as “human resources,” but to view them as individuals who work together in pursuit of a common purpose and to create a culture of respect.

It is meaningless to create a company’s purpose as a term simply. No matter how noble the company’s corporate mission we make, if we couldn’t connect that to the passions of every employee, it would never be able to arouse the passion of all employees.

We will create a corporate culture and environment in which all employees can work with passion.
