Today I would like to give you a detailed explanation of one of our values. It’s ”Diversity”.
In past blogs, I have described ”Add Value” as follows.

Diversity
Embracing diversity is both more important and more complicated than it sounds. Diversity itself is a buzzword in the business world, but the essence of diversity is “Understanding and respecting others. A common misconception is that you don’t understand diversity, but that is also diversity and that you should “Move forward without understanding diversity. It is completely wrong. It is just an escape from the word “diversity. The world is a big place, and by meeting and conversing with a variety of people, you will broaden your own sense of values.

Today, embracing Diversity is essential for innovation in times of rapid change. Diversity should not be an objective in itself.

We have people from diverse backgrounds in our company. We have veterinarians, nurses, and teams with experience in finance, consulting, IT, marketing, and more. As long as we stick to our respective positions in our opinions and actions, we will never be able to create innovation. We keep our ultimate mission and purpose in mind and create added value from our expertise, etc. It is the essential value of Diversity.

Our purpose, “Pet to Partner” cannot be achieved through a uniformly approach.
We need support and buy-in from non-pet companies and the community, as well as from companies and people involved in the pet industry.

It is impossible for us to accomplish all of our activities by ourselves. The future is “co-creation. In order to co-create, we need to understand each other at both the corporate and individual levels.

We value “diversity” and aim to “co-create” a society where people and pets can live more happily together.
